Physical Orders: You're Not Losing Your Mind (Companion)
Physical orders are processed after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your companion ships.
Shipping cost: A flat shipping and handling fee of $6.00 applies to all physical orders within the United States.
Shipping carrier: Carrier and service level may vary by fulfillment and destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Digital Resources: The Reclaim Yourself Collection
Digital access is provided after purchase using the email address entered at checkout.
No additional shipping fee applies to the digital resources included with the Complete Experience.
If you do not receive your digital access email after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Jelani Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive by the estimated delivery date shown in tracking, please contact us at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
