Physical Orders — You're Not Losing Your Mind (Companion)
Pre-order shipping: All pre-orders placed by May 14, 2026 will ship May 16–18, 2026. Delivery is expected within 5–7 business days of shipment, depending on your location.
Standard orders (after May 14, 2026):Orders placed after the pre-order window will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Shipping cost: A flat shipping and handling fee of $6.00 applies to all physical orders within the United States.
Shipping carrier: Orders ship via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Digital Orders — The Reclaim Yourself Collection
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via email. You will receive a download link at the email address provided at checkout.
There is no shipping fee for digital products.
If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Jelani Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
