We stand behind everything we offer. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.
Physical Orders — You're Not Losing Your Mind (Companion)
Returns: We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery for physical companions in original, unread condition. To initiate a return, contact us at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your companion arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com. Include a photo of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. With the return of the damaged product, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Digital Orders — The Reclaim Yourself Collection
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of The Reclaim Yourself Collection are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital products, please contact us at YNLYM@YoureNotLosingYourMind.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Bundle Orders — Companion + Reclaim Yourself Collection
For bundle orders, the refund policy for the physical companion applies to the physical component. The digital component is non-refundable once digitallly delivered.
